Who We Are:

Located on Main Street near downtown on Vancouver's westside, Family Medicine of Southwest Washington serves our community by providing a medical home that is patient and family-centered.

We have physicians and medical providers who are also teachers in our family practice residency, a program of the University of Washington Medical School. We are affiliated with Southwest Medical Group and our residents (doctors in training) often are working with physicians throughout our clinic system.

What We Do:

Our approach. We emphasize prevention to help you stay healthy and to diagnose and treat you when you are ill. Our health providers give personalized, complete health care, which means taking the time to answer questions and address concerns. We offer same day appointments and you may choose your personal doctor.

Services include:

• health care for adults, teens and seniors
• care for children and adolescents ranging from sports physicals to immunizations
• acute illness evaluation and treatment
• preventative health care and well-child exams
• pregnancy tests, prenatal care, and family planning
• chronic disease management, such as diabetes
